Citizen Service Request: SeeClickFix

You can help report non-emergency issues to the Town of Nags Head from your computer, smartphone, or tablet thanks to our partnership with SeeClickFix. Submit requests for issues regarding:

  • Parks and Playgrounds Maintenance
  • Beach Issues (Holes Dug, Bathhouses, Accesses, etc.)
  • Graffiti
  • Potholes and Sidewalk Damage
  • Stormwater Drainage
  • Street Signs or Street Lights
  • Trash / Recycling / Sanitation
  • Water Issues
  • Code Enforcement Concerns
  • And more . . .

How it Works

1. Submit
Request a service or report an issue through the website portal or mobile app, with the option to add a photo.

2. Review
Once submitted, your request is routed to the appropriate Town department and reviewed for assignment.

3. Work
Work is assigned and scheduled. Estimated times to complete requests vary by request type.

4. Update
If you provided an email address, you will receive status updates on your request.


Our SeeClickFix portal also provides information and contact info for issues that are handled by other community agencies such as animal control, downed power lines, malfunctioning traffic signals, stranded marine mammals, and turtle nest sightings.
