Smart Meter Online Access

Water advisorThe Town of Nags Head now offers smart meter online access for your property.

Create an account through My Water Advisor’s online portal at https://mywateradvisor2.com/ by following these simple steps:

  1. Click the “Join My Water Advisor” link and choose the “Sign up with account number” option.
  2. Once selected, a new Sign Up window will appear. Enter your Account Number, as well as your First and Last Name exactly as listed on your water bill.
  3.  Enter a valid Email Address and create a Password. 
  4. Once registered, you can access your account by computer or smartphone using your email and password. Your account number can also be found in the latest water bill or invoice sent to you by the Town of Nags Head.   A mobile app is available for iOS and Android users and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play by searching My Water Advisor 2.0. Once downloaded, the app can be easily accessed with your email address and password.
  5. The “Account Name” field is only 30 characters, including spaces.  If your account name is longer than 30 characters, do not use the remaining letters.
  6. At this time, only one account may be accessed per email address.
