Citizen Service Request: SeeClickFix

You can help report non-emergency issues to the Town of Nags Head from your smartphone, tablet, or computer thanks to our partnership with SeeClickFix. Submit requests for issues such as:

• Parks and Playgrounds Maintenance
• Beach Concerns (Holes Dug, Bathhouses, Accesses, etc.)
• Graffiti
• Potholes
• Stormwater Drainage
• Sidewalk Damage
• Street Signs or Street Lights
• Trash / Recycling / Sanitation
• Water Issues
• Code Enforcement Concerns (Abandoned Vehicle, Construction or Erosion Control Violations, Illegal Dumping, Illegal Parking, Noise, Sign Violation, Lighting Concerns, etc.)

You have the option to upload a photo with each service request, as a visual reference to help communicate the issue. Service requests are routed to Town staff for response. You can also follow the status of your request.

Our SeeClickFix portal also provides information and contact info on how to report concerns that are handled by other community agencies on matters such as animal control, downed power lines, malfunctioning traffic signals, stranded marine mammals, and turtle nest sightings.
