Project Permits

On November 9, 2010, the Town received a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to excavate 4.6 million cubic yards of sand from an offshore borrow site and deposit that sand along 10 miles of oceanfront in Nags Head. The permit can be found below, broken into sections for easier viewing.
