Oceanfront property owners and sand relocation contractors are invited to attend a meeting about our Sand Relocation Program on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Nags Head Board of Commissioners room, located at 5401 South Croatan Highway.
Equipment operators who attend the meeting will be placed on a list of sand relocation contractors that is provided to property owners at their request. We do not recommend specific contractors; we provide the list solely to help our property owners obtain assistance with sand relocation. We will also include detailed information about the Town's Dune Management Cost Share Program that can help reimburse owners for sand relocation and stabilization expenses.
