Plastic bags do not belong in your curbside recycling bin. Not only are they harmful to the environment, but they also cause major issues for recycling facilities. Plastic bags can get tangled in sorting equipment, which is not designed to handle thin, flexible plastics. This can damage machinery and slow down the recycling process. To recycle plastic bags properly, please take them to a participating store with a designated collection bin. Thank you for helping keep recycling running smoothly!
