A contractor for the North Carolina Department of Transportation is resuming their South Croatan Highway paving project in Nags Head. Please keep this in mind when traveling the highway and slow down to ensure everyone's safety.
Starting Monday, September 25, 2023, the contractor will be milling the side streets along South Croatan Highway from Hollowell Street north to Eighth Street. The plan is for street paving to begin Monday, October 2.
Be prepared for outside lane closures on South Croatan Highway from Hollowell Street north to Eighth Street over the next week.
