Beginning Thursday June 30th, crews will be connecting the individual service lines to the existing water meters. Work will begin along S. Cobia Way, adjacent to the W. Old Cove Rd. intersection and proceed from north to south. Door hangers will be placed at residences with notification of the pending connection schedule. Water service connections will occur for residences along S. Cobia Way, W. Sandpiper Terrace, and the south end of S. Roanoke Way. It will take approximately 3 days to make all the connections along this route. Work will continue along the north end of S. Blue Marlin Way with the installation of the new water main and service line installations. Several driveway replacements will occur along S. Cobia Way.
Project updates will be provided to inform residents of construction progress in addition to potential changes in neighborhood traffic circulation and planned utility service interruptions.
