At their February 2, 2022 meeting, The Board adopted the amended Residential Stormwater Ordinance. The intent of the new language is to simplify the ordinance, make it easier to understand and implement, while still managing water quantity and water quality. There are also changes to the fill requirements that allow for more flexibility with respect to developing a lot. All residential projects that add 500 Square Feet or more of built upon area will still require a stormwater management plan, however the plan itself will be more flexible and not require volume calculations.
