While many COVID-19 related restrictions on restaurants were relaxed by the Governor’s recent Executive Order, the Town recognizes that many restaurants may still have a need to make temporary accommodations, including expanded outdoor dining, in the interest of their business and customers. Therefore, Mayor Cahoon recently authorized Town Staff to continue issuing and allowing for Temporary Use Permits to businesses through November 28, 2021.
