Short-Term Rental Registration Now Active
The Town of Nags Head’s registration program for Short-Term Rentals (i.e. Airbnb's or VRBO’s, etc.) is now active. Short-Term Rentals can involve the rental of a whole house or a portion of a resident-occupied house. Short-Term Rentals are required to be registered, with some exceptions.
