News Flash

Although summer seems to be winding down, events at Dowdy Park are still in full swing. We have a few updates to the schedule. 

1. Join us for KIDS night at Dowdy Park, Tuesday, August 20 from 4-7 pm. The Nags Head Police and Fire Rescue Departments will be on hand and we'll have crafts, get-moving games, popcorn, and a concert by Nature Out Loud. 
2. Our last farmer's market, which was rescheduled from an earlier date, will take place Thursday, August 22, from 4 - 7 pm. Note the change in the time. 
3. We have movies planned for September 6, October 4, and November 1. Keep an eye on on this page or the Dowdy Park Facebook and Instagram sites for information on the times, which are dependent on when sunset occurs. 
4. Tuesday yoga sessions, which start at 7:30 am, will take place through October 22.

Come on out and enjoy our wonderful community! Remember, parking is also available at Nags Head Elementary School.
