Construction for new pedestrian sidewalk extensions will start the week of March 18th. Work will begin along the south side of W Seachase Dr. A new concrete sidewalk will extend from the intersection of S Croatan Hwy. and W. Seachase Drive through to Sand Wedge Lane. Once completed, construction crews will proceed to a sidewalk extension along the south side of E. Epstein St.. The sidewalk length will span from S. Croatan Hwy to S Virginia Dare Trail.
The final length of sidewalk is scheduled along the west side of S Virginia Dare Trail spanning from Bluewater Dr. northward towards the satellite parking area for the Epstein St. Bath House.
