FYI-the turnaround times are for everything other than trade permits. So, for residential and commercial construction, the permits that are included in the presentation, given by our Planning and Development director, Michael Zehner, include land disturbances, new buildings, additions, repairs, remodels, accessory structures such as piers and signs, and fences.
