South Virginia Dare Trail from Mall Drive south to Epstein Street will be closed to through traffic until 12 pm on Friday, May 31, 2019. Local traffic will be allowed, but all other traffic will be re-routed onto S. Croatan Hwy.
The multi-use path in the area is expected to re-open about 5 pm on Friday, May 31.
