Bulletin 8 from Dare County Emergency Management

The Dare County Control Group has extended the curfew until 3:00 p.m. Friday for all areas of Dare County except Kitty Hawk and Nags Head.

Even Though the Curfew Has Been Lifted in Nags Head...

We're still experiencing hurricane force winds and rainfall, so please stay put, if possible. There is a lot of rainfall ponding on the roads and some sound overwash. If you must go out, please drive slowly.
